What kind of shipping services do you offer?
Orders are shipped via our courier services. However, if you need expedited options such as next day delivery or 2nd day air, call us at 087 073 6111 and one of our customer service agents will assist in quoting you your desired shipping method.
How long does it take for my order to ship out ?
Delivery occurs within 1-6 business days depending on stock availability and the shipping location.
What is your return policy?
If we have provided you with incorrect or faulty products, our company will take full accountability and will assist you in arranging a return. Returns for correct/undamaged products are in most cases accepted though this is not always the case. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.
I would rather pick up my order to avoid shipping charges, where can I do this ?
Our store is an online retailer and we do not have a walk-in store. But however, you can contact and discuss with one of our sales agents and confirm if you can collect. Phone 087 073 6111.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you have an account, log in to view your orders and their status. If you do not have an account or need assistance, call 087 073 6111 or email contact@zenithmed.co.za, and our team will help you check your order progress.
Do your products require a prescription?
Most of our products do not require a prescription. Products that require one will be identified on the relevant product page. If you are unsure, contact us on 087 073 6111 or at contact@zenithmed.co.za.
Is there a limit to the quantity of products I can buy?
You can place bulk orders, subject to product availability. Select the quantity you need and proceed to checkout. For large orders, please contact us in advance so that we can confirm stock availability. We will let you know if any items are unavailable.
How do you protect my personal and payment information?
We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. Online payments are processed using Payfast and Float. Payment information is handled through the relevant payment provider’s secure checkout process.
